SILCHAR: People of Katigorah constituency alleged irregularities and anomalies in the construction of roads under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) with particular reference, among others, to Kalinagar to Niz Fulbari (Sealtek) Tarinipur and Siddipur to Mohanpur.
