Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Nityanand Mishra Vs State of Madhya Pradesh & Others dated 28/10/2013 on pollution in the river Mandakini and in and around the town of Chitrakoot particularly during Deewali when there is an annual fare in which about 25 lakh piligrims are expected to visit Chitrakoot and make a holy dip in river Mandakini.
