Order of the National Green Tribunal relating to the exchange of land which is forming a forest land, 20/12/203 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Raghavendra Sewa Ashram Samiti Vs. National Board for Wildlife dated 20/12/2013. The applicant’s grievance is that his proposal for exchange of 19.503 hectares of forest land to be exchanged with the private land belonging to the property of the Ashram for the purpose of putting up a multi-specialty hospital cum research centre with equal area has not been disposed in
accordance with law.
