Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Pramod Sharma & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 18/02/2014 regarding brick kiln units under operation and continuing them at the sites in dispute in District Bundi, Rajasthan. Counsel appearing for the State of Rajasthan has submitted that he would take instructions whether it would be feasible as per prevailing norms for using fly ash as raw material for the bricks as
the area is in close proximity of the Kota Thermal Power Station.
