Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Amit Kumar V/s Union of India & Ors. dated 25/02/2014 regarding fixing the limits of Eco-Sensitive Area in respect of Okhla Bird Sanctuary. The NGT order notes that Uttar Pradesh Government has sent its proposal recommending 100 meters as Eco-Sensitive Zone near the Okhla Bird Sanctuary and is pending before the MoEF, the Government of Delhi is yet to send its proposal.
