Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Himalaya Environment & Employment Cooperative Society Ltd. Vs. State of Uttarakhand & Ors. dated 23/07/2014. The
Applicant has stated that the project proponent does not have Environmental Clearance (EC) and Forest Clearance (FC) for the construction of the 12 km long road by cutting the hills in the area which is reserved forest and is a virgin area.
