As the Association of Food Technology-Turkey, we are honored to hold once again an important international congress on food science and technology, as we did in 2010 with a great success. The 2nd International Congress on Food Technology will be held in the peninsula Kuşadası of Turkey on 05-07 November 2014 with the support of Ankara University. On behalf of the organizing committee, I cordially invite you to this forthcoming Congress to present your research achievement and share your valuable experiences in food science and technology field.We believe this congress will be a global gathering with a scientific program which will cover topics of almost all aspects of food science and technology research and development.
