Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Villagers of the Village Patanwati Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. dated 28/11/2014 regarding stone crushing units operating in village Patanwati, Rajasthan. The Tribunal had directed the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) to get the necessary information the Central Ground Water Board regarding the water table as it existed in the year 2000 prior to commissioning of the various mines and the crushing in the area which have been drawing water for complying with the conditions of the permission to establish and operate granted to the RSPCB regarding sprinkling of water in the crushing units.
