Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Babulal Renwal Vs State of Rajasthan through Chief Secretary & 3 Others dated 22/01/2015 regarding traditional works of manufacturing bricks and earthenware on small scale i.e. at the level of household cottage industry hardly contribute to any pollution and therefore, need to be spared from the rigours of obtaining environmental clearance and mining leases for each.
