Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Babulal Jajoo Vs. State of Rajasthan & Others dated 10/04/2015 regarding pollution of river Chambal, Kota, Rajasthan.
The Tribunal has directed the Chief Executive Officer of Kota Municipal Council to remain personally present with the full plan which the Municipality intends to put in place in terms of treatment of sewage water so as to prevent any direct discharge into the river Chambal from the city.
