Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Dr. Subhash C. Pandey Vs. Municipal Corporation, Bhopal & Ors. dated 16/07/2015 regarding municipal solid waste disposal, Bhopal.
The Tribunal in the order also asked for an awareness drive in the next 2 months of August & September to be carried out in the municipal areas which have been attached to the Katni & Sagar clusters for disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) to create awareness among the citizens regarding segregation of MSW.
