Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Arora Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 29/07/2015 regarding illegal extraction of groundwater, Delhi.

The Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant points out from the pleadings that the photographs annexed to the application at annexure-A-1 compilation-II that the Respondent No.7 is illegally and unauthorisedly operating a bore-well dug on the public street and extracting water for the commercial use.
