Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Rohit Choudhury Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 05/08/2015 regarding construction of a Golf Course right in the midst of the Kaziranga National Park and the animal corridor in Kaziranga National Park are being interfered. That will not only disturb the animals but even effect the environment and ecology of that area.
