Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding illegal extraction of groundwater, Delhi, 08/09/2015 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Arora V/s. Govt. of NCT Delhi & Ors. dated 08/09/2015 regarding illegal extraction of groundwater, Delhi.

The learned Counsel appearing for the NCT Delhi submits that they had sealed the submersible pump/borewell but the seal was broken by the Respondent No. 7. He further submits that they have already lodged FIR with the concerned Police Station i.e. Amar Colony.
