Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding garbage dumped at the roads of Delhi, 28/10/2015 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Saurabh Sharma Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 28/10/2015 regarding garbage dumped at the roads of Delhi.

Notice be issued to the all the Municipal Corporations of Delhi as well as NCT of Delhi. Tribunal directs all the Corporations to ensure that dumped garbage within the area of their jurisdiction should be removed and taken to appropriate sites and/or municipal solid waste plant in Delhi.
