Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of D.K. Joshi Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 16/11/2015 regarding discharging sewage and other waste directly into the river Yamuna, Uttar Pradesh.
The case in relation to cleaning of Municipal Solid Waste dumping on the river bank of East Gate Nallah of Taj, be listed on 19th November, 2015. The Counsel appearing for the respective Authorities assured NGT that within two days it will be cleaned.
