Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding construction in CRZ area, North Goa District, 19/11/2015 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Niraj Naik Vs. Palacio Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. dated 19/11/2015 regarding construction in CRZ area by M/s Palacio Property Developers Pvt. Ltd. in Tiswadi taluka of North Goa district. 

The Tribunal directed the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority to place an inspection report before the Tribunal duly photographed showing the distance from CRZ property as well as extent of construction in the area.
