Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s Yogendra Grit Udhyog & Others Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 10/12/2015 challenging the directions issued by the State of Rajasthan and Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board dated 25th August, 2011 and the order dated 30th September, 2011 passed by the RSPCB declining to grant Consent to Operate to the applicants.
