Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rohit Choudhury Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 16/12/2015 regarding obstruction of Upper Dihing East Elephant Corridor by building a golf course, Kaziranga National Park, Assam.
Mr. Samardit Sharma is present before the Tribunal and he submits that he had taken the photographs and videograph. He submits that Video footage of a herd of Elephants was taken on 21st November, 2013 at 8.30 A.M. near the Numaligarh Refinery Township and video footage of the elephant crossing the boundary wall was taken on 08th January, 2014 at 3.20 P.M. at NRL Township.
