Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Prem Dhingra Vs. M/s Advance Medical Science and Education Society & Ors. dated 17/12/2015 regarding deviations in the construction of a medical college and hospital at Kolar, Madhya Pradesh.

NGT directs Advance Medical Science and Education Society to submit the layout plan initially submitted in 2009 for the

construction of the medical college as well as the The modified plan.
