Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sonya Ghosh Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 07/01/2016 regarding construction activities in the Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary in Delhi's southern Ridge.

The Court has been informed that the process of demarcation of the boundary wall of Southern ridge necessary for issuance of final notification is not yet over and boundary wall extending to 2800 mts. has been constructed at Sanjay Colony and similar works are in progress at Ghitorni and Neb Sarai areas to contain further encroachment.
