Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rajesh Kumar & Ors. Vs. Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change & Ors. dated 05/02/2016 regarding illegal mining activity in the Village Rajawas, Mahendergarh District, Haryana.

The Tribunal has directed vide order dated 26th October, 2015 that no mining work shall be carried out by the Project Proponent till strict compliance of the conditions stipulated in the Environmental Clearance in question is made without claim to equity compliance report is filed and prior approval of this Tribunal as regards compliance of the terms and conditions stipulated in the Environmental Clearance is taken.
