Order of the National Green Tribunal regarding a bakery unit operating without any consent, Delhi, 26/02/2016 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mohd. Ayoub Vs. NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 26/02/2016 regarding a bakery unit operating without any consent as required under air (prevention and control of pollution) act, 1981 and Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 from the Pollution Control Board.

NGT directs the bakery to be closed located at at RZ-3262-A, Street No. 36, Tuglakabad Extension, Delhi-110019 forthwith.
