Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Old Cross Fishing Canoe Owners Co-op Society Ltd & Others Vs. Mormugao Port Trust through its Chairman & Others dated 22/02/2016 regarding dredging of Baina Bay, Vasco da Gama, Goa.

NGT is informed that Environment Clearance dated 9th February, 2016 has been granted in favour of Mormugao Port Trust for deepening the existing navigation channel by means of dredging in Baina Bay, Vasco da Gama, Goa.
