Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Samajik Parivartan Sewa Samiti (Regd.) Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 23/03/2016 regarding dumping of municipal solid wastes at Shahabad (Mithapur) without following the Municipal Solid Waste Rules.
The District Magistrate, Ghaziabad is directed to submit a status Report on the allegations raised in the application in the light of the photographs annexed to the application.
