Judgement of the Delhi District Court in the matter of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Vs. M/s Jharkhand Ispat Pvt. Ltd. (M/s JIPL), Ramgarh, Jharkhand dated 28/03/2016 regarding allocation of coal blocks made by Government of India during the period 1993 to 2010.
