Order of the National Green Tribunal mining of coal in Meghalaya, 10/05/2016 [1]

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of All Dimasa Students Union Dima Hasao Dist. Committee Vs. State of Meghalaya & Others dated 10/05/2016 regarding mining of coal in Meghalaya.

Tribunal directed the State of Meghalaya to submit its proposal as to how the State shall deal with the coal that is vested in the State primarily for the reasons that this entire coal is illegally extracted coal.
