Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of The Popular Pisciculture Association, Manipur Vs. State of Manipur & Others dated 25/07/2016 regarding "development works" in Lamphelpat wetland, Manipur and displacement of people dependent for their livelihood on pisciculture, cultivation of rice and for cultivation of aquatic edible plants. Tribunal directs Government of Manipur to come up with a package for rehabilitating the people who were dependent on the wetland.
