Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Court on its Motion Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others dated 22/09/2016 regarding operationalization of waste to RDF plant in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Director of Waste to RDF plant Vinod Fotedar submitted before the Tribunal that plant would be operationalised by 15th October, 2016 and power generation would start by 15th December, 2016 positively.
