Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Giriraj Parikrama Sanrakshan Sansthan & Others Vs. Department of Environment & Forests & Others dated 31/10/2016 regarding unauthorized structures on 3.082 hectares of land in Govardhan in Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh. Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh and Forest Department further states that action with regard to taking possession of area under the forest and non forest areas has also been initiated.
