Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shailesh Singh V/s. Hotel Jaypee Vasant, New Delhi & Others dated 03/11/2016 regarding hotels using illegally ground water and consuming it without the permission of Central Ground Water Authority thereby impacting the environment by its activities and there are other issues also raised.
