Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Aleixo Arnolfo Pareira Vs State of Goa & Others dated 06/01/2017 regarding shacks/cottages causing environmental damage to the beaches in Goa. National Green Tribunal directs MoEF to submit compliance report regarding the demolition of shacks and the State of Goa to place before the Court the complete record of demolition effected from time to time, particularly of the structures which are alleged to exist as per the Applicant.
