Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) regarding Environment Clearance to M/s Proctor and Gamble Home Product Ltd., Madhya Pradesh, 14/03/2017.
Counsel for the MoEF submits that term of EAC having expired matter could not be taken up for consideration and that new EAC is under the process of constitution. In the light of the above,
NGT directs that this matter regarding the requirement of EAC for sanitary napkins as well as daipers etc. be placed before the EAC in its next meeting since this matter has been pending for a considerable period of time.
