Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Legal Aid Committee, National Green Tribunal Bar Association Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 16/03/2017 regarding Notification in relation to Eco-Sensitive Zone in the State of Uttarakhand. The Applicants contend that the State Government and the Ministries are intentionally delaying the Notification and the draft prepared by the State Government is fundamentally unacceptable because it goes totally contra to the law in force.
