Applications disposed of. Counsel appearing for the stone crushers have submitted before the Court that they have not applied to the State Pollution Control Board either for joint inspection or for consent to operate, after 02nd December, 2016. Therefore the question of submission of report by the Board does not arise. Parties are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
