Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Suo Motu Uttarakhand Human Rights Commission Vs. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Uttarakhand & Ors. dated 08/05/2017 regarding disposal of sewage in river Kausi and Ganga, Uttarakhand.
