Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Goa Foundation Vs State of Goa & Others dated 08/05/2017 regarding identification of forest area in the State of Goa. State of Goa seeks extension of time for completing the entire exercise of identification of ‘forest like area’ in Goa. NGT while granting time up to March 2018 directs the State of Goa to place on record an affidavit of completing the work of demarcation and file report by that time and also to file quarterly progress report till completion of work.
