Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Almitra H. Patel & Others Vs. Union of India & Others dated 15/05/2017 regarding waste management in hospitals, hotels, colleges, malls, railway stations, bus terminals, Waste to Energy Plant and residential societies in Delhi.
NGT directs the Department of Urban Development, NCT Delhi to file their action plan as well as the Central Pollution Control Board, some of the States and Ministries of Urban Development who have not filed their Replies to the Status Report [2], in furtherance to the directions issued in the main case of Almitra H. Patel [3].
