Order of the National Green Tribunal (Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata) in the matter of Ganga Prasad Goswami Vs State of West Bengal & Others dated 06/09/2017 regarding use of outdated technology by black smiths causing air and noise pollution. Counsel for the State PCB states that such units should not be permitted in congested areas and also mentions that this matter does not fall within the Consent Management administration of the State PCB.
