Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Roshni B. Patel Vrs. Union of India & Others regarding construction of bridge over Tena Creek without CRZ clearance, Gujarat, 19/09/2017.

The Court is informed that a Committee has been constituted to examine the impact or damage, if any, done to the surrounding environment because of the construction in question and the Committee will hear and consider the views expressed by the Applicant as well as of their experts while examining the issue before them. Tribunal directs the State of Gujarat to undertake the work of examination of the environmental damage, if any, done due to the construction of bridge and road referred to in the present Application and shall consider the views of the Applicant and her experts in that regard before arriving at any conclusions.
