Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Verhaen Khanna & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 04/07/2018 regarding relocation/ transplantation of 36 trees for redevelopment of Pragati Maidan complex.
NGT directs the Project Proponent and other respondents to submit report with regard to relocation/ transplantation of 36 trees which is mentioned in the earlier report by the Forest Department. The Forest Department shall also make available relevant records enumerating those trees.
