Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of All India Drug Action Network & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 10/10/2018 regarding Drug Price Control Order 2013. [2]Counsel for the All India Drug Action Network in 2015 had confined his submission to four major issues which according to him have not been addressed by the Government while formulating and publishing its National Pharmaceutical Pricing Policy, 2012 followed by the Drug Price Control Order, 2013. It has come to the notice of the Supreme Court that the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) had also looked into these issues and the report is under preparation. The representation made by the Drug Action Network was rejected by the government.
