NGT directs a Committee to be constituted and submit a report within a period of two months showing the source of air pollution and action plan for mitigating the same in order to provide clean air to the citizen as provided in the Constitution of India and timeline required for implementing the same in commensurate with the directions given by this Tribunal in several cases dealing with air pollution. The CPCB shall act as nodal agency for this purpose.
