Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ashish Pal, National Coal Organisation (Govt. of India) Employees's Association Vs State of Jharkhand dated 16/04/2019 regarding operation of stone crusher in village Mauja Tantri, District Bokaro, Jharkhand against the illegal siting criteria and also illegal mining.
[2] It is stated that the same is also affecting the forest and nearby river on account of blasting activities.
NGT directs the District Magistrate, Bokaro to look into the matter, take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report in the matter within two months.
