Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Village Tiwni, Tehsil Rampur Baghelan, District Satna Vs State of Madhya Pradesh dated 16/04/2019 regarding a stone crusher being illegally operated in Village Tiwni, Tehsil Rampur Baghelan, District Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
[2] The location of the stone crusher is against the siting criteria and is affecting the quality of water of Ban Sagar canal.
NGT directs the Madhya Pradesh State Pollution Control Board (MPSPCB) to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
