Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Residents of Balh Panchayat Vs State of Himachal Pradesh dated 06/05/2019 regarding status of waste to energy plants in Himachal Pradesh. Counsel for the State Pollution Control Board submits that waste to energy plant in Manali will become functional by June 30, 2019 and process to set up waste to energy plants at Kullu and Bhuntar has been initiated for which expeditious steps will be taken.
