Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Justice A.K. Roopanwal (Retd.) & Others Vs State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 13/08/2019 regarding use of diesel generator sets by Presidium School and Indirapuram Habitat Centre, leading to air and noise pollution at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad in violation of Air Act, 1981. It has also been alleged that diesel was found to be stored in painting drums in open.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority and the Uttar Pradesh State Pollution Control Board has been asked to submit a report on the issue within a month, with the State PCB to be the nodal agency for compliance and coordination.
