Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Save Green Association, Konnagar, Hoogly Vs State of West Bengal dated 16/09/2019 regarding illegal filling of wetland adjacent to Hindustan Motor Factory, Hooghly, West Bengal.

The NGT directs the District Magistrate, Hoogly and West Bengal Wetland Authority to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report on the matter within a month.
