Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ajay Sipahiya & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 18/09/2019. This Execution Application relates to compliance of direction of the Tribunal requiring the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh to deploy machines and manpower for segregation of waste at source and at the site of the project proponent. [2] The order was passed in proceedings for compliance of Municipal Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. The Tribunal had also constituted an oversight Committee for the purpose of compliance of directions.

NGT directs the Committee to look into the matter and furnish a report within one month.
