Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Hari Om Garg, Pradhan, Sadar Co-op. Group Housing Society Ltd. Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 30/10/2019 regarding pollution of drain flowing from Shahdara to Gazipur resulting in emission of gases and air pollution.

The Tribunal directed the East Delhi Municipal Corporation and Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law and furnish a factual and action taken report within one month. A copy of the order along with the complaint would be sent to the East Delhi Municipal Corporation and the DPCC to ensure compliance.
